A note from our AG PAM WAGONER – It is my pleasure to announce that the Martinsburg noon and Martinburg Sunrise rotary Clubs will be hosting a mixer for all 5 of the area Rotary clubs. Their will be not cost to anyone attending. Please see attachment of the flyer for all the details.
It would be helpful if you could let Gail Moxley know how many will be attending from your club by March 26. Of course we can take last minute attendees also but this will help with the food.

But in 2018, local Rotarians will benefit from some historically fortunate scheduling. Please provide all essential info via email (a digital file is ideal) email to [email protected] before noon Sunday.
The absolute deadline for submitting material to The Grapevine is noon Friday for the weekly issue that goes out Monday. This deadline is necessary so The Grapevine may be compiled and uploaded on Friday afternoon for automatic distribution very early each Monday – to our members and to the print shop, where it is printed/mailed for timely receipt by members who don’t have email.
Got it wrong or left something out? Please email [email protected] right away with all essential info  so that it may be published in the next edition of The Grapevine.
With The Grapevine, each Rotarian is a reporter.  As editor, I mainly compile, edit and publish.  Thanks for your support and cooperation
