Greeter – Chris Johnson was the greeter and led us in the Pledge of Allegiance and the Four-Way Test. Vickie Elliott led the Invocation.
Club Announcements:
- President Steve read Kerri Goodwin, Pat Darlington, and Jennifer Smith’s names for membership.
- We are working a Wellness Screening at the Wellness Center on Sept 25th. Volunteers should plan to be there by 5:30 AM.
- We are cooking and serving at the Apple Harvest Pancake Breakfast on October 16th and 17th. We are looking for volunteers for that.
- The Rotary Foundation dinner is Sept. 25th starting at 4:30PM.
- You can pay club dues at our website – https://www.martinsburgrotary.com/pay-dues/. • Do you know what DACdb is? https://www.dacdb.com It is a portal for Rotarians. You can go to the website and create a username and password. From there you have access to the entire member directory for our club!!! In addition, you can see what’s going on in the District.

- Pete gave overview of upcoming programs, Darrell gave an overview of our club’s finances, Chris discussed the upcoming Rotary Foundation dinner, Denise discussed our membership goals for the coming year, Allen discussed our upcoming Community service projects. Steve read a statement from our new PR chair, Renee, about her PR goals for us and discussed our new Grapevine editor, Tracy. Steve finished by discussing DacDb, this year’s budget, and potential district grant projects.
