BLANK & UNDELIVERED ROTARY EMAILS

NON- DELIVERY OF ROTARY EMAILS –
To insure that Rotary email may be delivered to you, please be sure that the email settings on each of your devices are specifically set to accept email from  > [email protected], which is the sending address for Rotary DACbd – the emailing system that sends out our locally published Grapevine, and almost all of the local/non-local groups emails to our members.
Your settings on each of your devices should ALSO be specifically set to accept email from > [email protected], which is the primary sending address for other Rotary news and Grapevine related email.

BLANK ROTARY EMAILS –

This pesky but solvable problem is a result of your Internet Service Provider (ISP) and/or your Internet carrier inappropriately tagging certain Rotary email sent to you as being spam, unwelcome or a security threat. After tagging such email, they automatically strip some or all content (text, images, attachments) before sending it through. If you use a proprietary email address (such as a company or organizational email address). your ISP is especially prone to strip content from Rotary email – unless you take the actions below.
1. Notify your ISP to accept and process all email from [email protected] as well as all email from  [email protected]. In some cases, your ISP is also your carrier. We cannot do anything on this end to change their security settings or yours.
2. Notify your carriers (Comcast, ATT, Sprint, Frontier, etc) to accept and process all email from [email protected] as well as all email from  [email protected]. We cannot do anything on this end to change their security settings or yours.

If you receive a blank email, or suspect that a Rotary email could not be delivered to you, please follow the instructions above. Also note that newsflashes of general interest of members are usually posted on this website.
